Tracey graduated from Auckland University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and then completed her Diploma in Teaching. She then furthered her training with a Higher Diploma in Teaching and a post-graduate Diploma of Dance and Drama in Education from the Auckland College of Education. She has worked for the New Zealand Qualifications Authority and for the Ministry of Education as a Drama and Dance moderator and assessment writer. She has held Head of Drama and Dance positions at Kristin School, Avondale College and the Senior College of New Zealand. She loves to perform and has landed a couple of guest roles on Shortland Street. She oversees the artistic content in the classes and end of year shows and trains the Pform.nz tutors in master classes on Dance, Drama and most importantly, teaching pedagogy. Tracey is the founder and Artistic Director of Pform.nz - a company that trains over 1200 students per week in singing, dancing and acting. She has choreographed and directed numerous large scale productions over the years including Peter Pan, Bugsy Malone, Little Shop of Horrors, The Wiz, Beauty and the Beast, The Music Man, Superman, Young Frankenstein, Battle of the Bands, The Sound of Music, Anything Goes, Grease and Shrek. Each year she produces our six end of year productions over two weekends with up to 200 in each cast. She genuinely believes her company's tag line "Dream it...Pform it...Be it!" and has witnessed first hand over the years how performing arts can change lives. Tracey loves her job and especially being a mum to Rose, Pearl and Will who all teach her daily about all the wonderful things in life.

Michael graduated from the Auckland College of Education with a Diploma in Teaching and furthered his training with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Auckland. He has taught the age group spectrum from 5 year old New Entrants at Kristin School to students in The University of Auckland Foundation Programme in their twenties. He has held the Head of English position at Ponsonby Intermediate School and English Curriculum Co-ordinator within the Academic Colleges Group. Michael works within schools to set up the Pform In Schools Programmes and scholarships as well as mentoring the Pform Partners and Tutors in all aspects of their roles. He is a gifted educator and is always encouraging the Pform Team to "catch the kids doing things right". He has studied extensively in teaching, education and pedagogy and has a strong belief that students will live up to your expectations. Over the years he has moved into the marketing role at Pform.nz and he weaves his magic with the brand. He believes that as the company grows the client experience should stay intimate and caring and he guards the core qualities of integrity and care passionately as he guides the expansion. He is Dad to Rose, Pearl and Will who all perform in their own way about the family home.
