By signing up with Pform.nz  you are happy with the following:

Payment is made in full and is due before the classes start.

Bookings are essential and spaces are only secured with payment.

We do not refund or credit classes for sick or absent students.  

If a refund is justified, a $50 booking fee will be charged. 

Term 3 and 4 are sold as a production package and it is an expectation that the entire semester and production is attended. As much of the production administration including costuming and staffing and hiring venues is done in Term 3,  Term 4 will not be refunded if a client pulls out.

All new enrolments are covered by the Pform.nz Guarantee. You must attend all four consecutive sessions to be eligible for a full refund. We do not refund a full year booking.

We do not run classes on Public Holidays or Public Holiday weekends. Missed classes can be made up at any of our other venues.

The Show Term will incur an extra production fee cost as well as tickets.

We ask that you prioritise classes as students need the regular weekly training to enhance their skills, particulary during our Production Semester.

At Pform.nz  we are proud to have a uniform for all classes: a Pform Top which can be purchased via the online Shop. Black trousers or shorts are readily available in most retail stores. Students cannot wear jeans to classes.

All communication from our office is via email. We let you know via our regular newsletter everything that is going on including our latests promotions and offers. All communication about your classes, shows, account and bookings is done via email and we do not hand out leaflets in class. Please ensure that we have your updated email address and that you can accept standard attachments.

At times Pform.nz photograph and video classes in action and performances which are used in our marketing, website and facebook page.

We do not refund or credit classes missed if the cancelled/postponed classes are caused by Force Majeure Event. For the purposes of these terms a “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence which is beyond a party’s reasonable control (including, without limitation whatsoever, any government directive which prohibits or causes any disruption to our classes or which we (at our discretion) otherwise deem makes the performance of our obligations impossible, onerous or unviable). Notwithstanding any other provision of these terms, Pform.nz will not be liable for any failure or delay in complying with any obligation imposed it under these terms if the failure or delay arises from, or relates to, a Force Majeure Event during such Force Majeure Event and for such time after the Force Majeure Event ceases as is necessary for Pform.nz, using such efforts as we consider are reasonable in the circumstances to recommence our operations in order for us to perform our obligations and recommence the classes.

Your Privacy is important to us. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order.  We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.  After a transaction, your credit card will not be stored on our servers. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
